How to Make a strawberry pree

 


Here's a simple and quick way to make strawberry purée at home:


🍓 Ingredients:


2 cups fresh strawberries (washed, hulled)


1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on sweetness)


1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, helps preserve color and adds a slight tang)

🥣 Instructions:


1. Prep the strawberries:


Wash them thoroughly.


Remove the green stems (hull them).


Cut into halves or quarters for easier blending.


2. Blend:


Place the strawberries in a blender or food processor.


Add sugar and lemon juice if using.


Blend until completely smooth.


3. (Optional) Strain:


If you want a seedless purée, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.




4. Use or store:


Use immediately or store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days.


You can also freeze it for up to 2–3 months.
